The Business User

Traditionally the business user has only had the possibility to view and do limited drilldowns in web and portal based Dashboards and Scorecards. DSP Performance Canvas extends what a business user can achieve without understanding any of the traditional "BI lingo". Without any in-depth knowledge of OLAP, Cubes, Measures or Dimensions a business user will in 15 minutes be able to

• Use a dashboard/ scorecard to analyze a business situation, comment and communicate to initiate action.
• Create a new drillable Performance Dashboards or Scorecards based on the defined business terms using nothing but a web browser, allow users to respond to a new emerging business need where there was no previous dashboard solution.
